Student Handbook

Complaints & Appeals Policy

All CPP51122 providers must maintain a fair complaints and appeals process. Typical stages include:

  1. Informal Resolution: Discuss concerns directly with your trainer or student liaison officer
  2. Formal Complaint: Submit a written complaint to the RTO's complaints officer
  3. Internal Review: Independent review by senior management within 10 business days
  4. External Mediation: Escalation to an independent mediator if unresolved
  5. Regulatory Authority: Contact ASQA if the RTO fails to follow procedures

All students have the right to lodge a complaint without fear of reprisal. Assessment results remain valid during the appeals process unless overturned.

Refund Policy

Full Refund Entitlements

Partial Refund Entitlements

Important: VET Student Loan recipients have different refund rules. Review your provider's specific refund policy before enrollment.

Student Code of Conduct

All CPP51122 students are expected to:

  • Maintain professional standards appropriate to the property industry
  • Comply with workplace health and safety requirements
